What You Will Do: Live meditation where you will be guided mindfully to gradually release the body joint by joint, as well as all the muscles from top to toe. Then working on your breath and re-doing the full release of the whole body slowly downwards. Once in a more relaxed state, we start visualising brilliant light and you will be guided in letting it work its way through your entire body, energising and illuminating shadows, helping to release blockages that may be present in your energy body. Being immersed in light helps you to relax fully and it helps to gain good energy flow. Rounds off with a deep release for the eyes and sinuses and rubbing or patting down the whole body to stimulate all of the skin and muscles on the outside of your body.

Thank you for the tai chi classes. I thoroughly enjoyed them. I often went into class stretched ‘n tired and came out soothed and relaxed. As we have 3 very young children, ’twas my first time in years actually doing something for myself and it felt great.
