What You Will Do: Breath is most important in meditations. In this one we will work on the breath in a deeper way than the basic breathing meditation. The simple instructions will explain how to activate life-force (Chi or Qi) energy in the hands. Also important in any meditation is to loosen any tension, in fact it is something we aim for. In this guided meditation we will relax the body from top to toe mindfully, feeling all your bits loosen up. Rounding it all off at the end is a “waking up” face massage that’s great for the complexion, and a skin stimulation sequence that rids the body of any toxins or stagnant Chi that came to the surface but may not have been dissolved completely.
