Basic Belly Breathing And Relaxing The Whole Body

Duration: 15 Minutes

What You Will Do: Relax your whole body in a good sitting posture that is explained, then under the guided meditation release all your muscles and joints. Then practise how to belly breathe using your full lungs’ capacity (not to bursting, we use the 80% Daoist rule).
