What You Will Do: Live meditation. Activate heat/chi energy in the hands. Feeling the belly breathing from the inside out. Becoming mindfull of the whole body, helping to release tension. Relax the whole body, calming the mind. Then work on what Wong Kiew Kit calls “long breathing”, a version of Small Universal Path visualisation in conjunction with the breath for wonderful health benefits and spiritual awakening. Ends with self-massage over the face.

Thank you for the tai chi classes. I thoroughly enjoyed them. I often went into class stretched ‘n tired and came out soothed and relaxed. As we have 3 very young children, ’twas my first time in years actually doing something for myself and it felt great.
