Duration: 14 Minutes
What You Will Do: Live meditation activating the feeling of Chi (life-force) energy in your hands. Becoming aware of your breath. “Complete Breathing” using your whole upper body to breathe. Softening the muscles, opening the gaps between your joints to completely release before quietly watching the light-ball in your heart expand, illuminating your whole body. Calming and empowering. Rounds off with a deep warming release for the eyes and sinuses, then learn self-massage for your face and rubbing and patting down the whole body to stimulate all of the skin and muscles on the outside of your body.

Thanks again.
